Rohstoffhandelsexperten exklusiver Vertriebspartner der Rainbow Rare Earths die sich mit der Erforschung und Entwicklung Seltener Erden im ostafrikanischen Burundi beschäftigt Mit dem Offtake zinc concentrate direct leaching technology to Boliden in Norway Outotec has agreed with Boliden on the delivery of zinc concen trate direct leaching and iron precipi tation technologies and site services for the expansion of the Odda zinc production facilities in Norway The parties have agreed not to disclose the contract value Typically such solutions are worth 10 to 20 mill depending on the scope Boliden is a leading resourc es company in the Nordic countries and Ireland and is currently investing in a capacity increase at the Odda zinc plant from 170 000 to 200 000 t a of zinc This plant on the shore of Har dangerfjord in western Norway is com mitted to very strict environmental regulations and sustainable way of op erating The plant has been using Ou totec s atmospheric zinc concentrate direct leaching process since 2004 and become a benchmark in low emissions high metal recoveries and operational safety Outotec s solution comprises the direct leaching technology basic and detailed engineering and delivery of proprietary OKTOP reactor plant units for leaching and iron precipita tion as well as filters and anode han dling machines In addition Outotec provides Government s plans to establish Australia s largest national park Rio Tinto and joint venture partner Alcoa have agreed to terminate a historic State Agreement Act intended to fa cilitate the mining of bauxite and the development of an alumina refinery in the north Kimberley region clearing the way for the area to be included in the Kimberley National Park The area is internationally recognised Hungary Kft WH will employ about 200 employees Af ter Wuppermann s signing of the lease for the new site in Hungary on May 15 of 2014 the planned expansion of the infrastructure by the Hungarian
